Return Policy
PRODUCT DAMAGES/SHORTAGES POLICY
All claims for damaged or short-shipped product must be reported within 24
hours by calling 1-800-421-0026. If a service representative is not immediately
available, please leave your name, a number where you may be reached, and a
message describing the claim to be made.
RETURN AND ALLOWANCE POLICY
A Return Authorization is required for all items being returned for credit. To
obtain return authorization, call 1-800-421-0026.
* Authorization to return product received due to shipping error, or wrong product
ordered must be requested within 3 business days of delivery.
* Returned merchandise must be in salable condition (with exception of product
damaged in transit). Product must be returned unopened in original packaging, and
without marking by the customer to receive credit. All returns must be accompanied
by Proof of Purchase (Invoice number or Customer Order number), and a Return
Authorization number issued by VetServ customer service.
* All products to be returned must be postmarked within 14 days of the issuing
of the Return Authorization. A Restocking Fee will be assessed on all
returned products not postmarked within the 14 day time period.
* Credit will be issued for product properly returned and within 30 days of purchase.
Credit will be issued as follows: Full purchase price (excluding freight) will credited
for products returned within 10 days of purchase; 10% restocking fee will be charged
for products returned within 11-20 days; 20% restocking fee will be charged for
products returned 21-30 days. No credit will be issued for product returned after 30
days.
* Original freight charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer.
* We are sorry that we cannot accept any returns of special order items or items
requiring refrigeration.
WARRANTY
* Product warranties, if available, are furnished by the product’s manufacturer only.
Authorization for credit and return of defective product will be made in accordance
with the manufacturer’s warranty or recall policy.
* Adjustment for short shipment will be made if the error is reported within 24 hours of
delivery
